What you need?

Exceptionally customer focused
Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or a related field (or relevant experience)
Ability to communicate fluently in German and English, both in verbal and written communication styles and understand the market specific dialects or accents
Computer literate and ability to navigate around a computer system
Committed to resolving queries about nutrition, dietary suitability, emulsifiers, recipes, animal product allergies;
Good telephone manner and strong understanding of social media channels and familiarity with social communication best practices
Excellent soft skills
