What the role looks like:

Manage the full cycle recruitment process, using a variety of tools
Collaborate with hiring managers to build strong credible relationships, discuss recruitment needs and determine appropriate recruitment strategies
Maintain recruitment administration and systems ( Workday) in a timely manner including the appropriate correspondence to all applicants
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates
Ensure a positive candidate experience is achieved for all applicants
Create and report on key hiring metric
The working hours for this role are M/F from 09:00am till 18:00pm
Remote position - all candidates must be based in Bulgaria

Your profile:

Fluent level of English language– both written and spoken
Previous experience as a recruiter / recruitment coordinator
Experience working in a customer service, sales or outsourcing environment would be considered an advantage
Proactive and being able to work in a team
Strong relationship builder
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success
